For Those Who Are Finished With The 7th Harry Potter, What do you think?

Am I the only one who was happy to find out Snape really wasn't a bad guy all along? I didn't really believe he was until the 6th book but then with what he did, it was hard to deny.

Also, what did you think of the end? I loved the book and everything but I think Voldermort's death was a tad bit anti-climatic. Although I did really like how he was vanquished by himself rather then by Harry. I also really liked the epiloge.

So, what do you think?

Good book, the epilogue was a little lack luster and predictable...but I'm not dissatisfied.

Snape's twist was definitely cool, it made you reconsider how you felt about him all along. (he showed a little Griffindor spirit!)

I think she made Voldemort's death at his own hands kind of flat so that he did not go out in a "blaze of glory", rather a pathetic poof.

Don't worry. From the beginning I always liked Snape and I was SOO glad to find out that my predictions about him being a good guy were true. My intuition was right after all. Overall I thought the book was VERY good, however I also found other parts in the book much more exciting than the actual face to face battle with voldy. Although some parts were a tad bit confusing (like the King's Cross chapter), I really liked how everyone and all species worked together and conquered. Overall...a 5 star book, no questions asked!

I loved the book. It was absolutely awesome. I liked the epilogue too, although as I have read many fanfictions, the epilogue, at least to me, it sounded a bit like one. But it was great nonetheless. And about Snape, I never really liked him much, especially after book six, but now I kinda changed my mind about him a bit and like him more.

I found the last book to be less than I expected. It was almost as if she wanted to be done with it all. And, not to be a spoiler and talk about Snape, I won't.
