Oh who knows,Nita? - maybe the manufacturers complained or something or Yahoo thought that they *might* - I thought the question was funny (as many of yours are - but I understand the serious ones of yours too and respect them).
Don't worry about it - we y'all still love ya! (Yorkshire American accent attempt!)
God bless,
Joan.
P.S. - Don't get too wound up in this Yahoo Answers thing - I am speaking to myself here as well as to you!
PPS. - Don't read this - you're supposed to be going on vacation with your *Family*!!! - have a great one!

Hawk0810 said it first! If someone reports you, YA will delete the question without investigating. I have had questions zapped away for no reason other than some one reported me & when I file a dispute I do not get any reply back from YA! Innocent until proven guilty is not the way they do things on YA. Did you mention some one was getting upset at all your love questions & you wanted to know why they just didn't answer them? I can't quite remember, but if some one was annoyed with you they could very well have just reported one of your questions out of anger and ignorance! It's happened to me a few times for no good reason. It's just life - YA life that is. Don't take it personal! They really don't know you!

That's a good question, clearly I remember it myself given the answer and all. I don't understand why they would remove it. It did not contain anything objectionable.
What's worse is the fact that there are real reports that need to be filed and overseen PROPERLY and not such lessoned care. And here with all of that said they remove one that was decent? That's YahOo! for you...

All it takes to have your material removed and lose points is for one person to report you. This person does not have to have a reason to report you. Yahoo "customer care" policy is to assume guilt and claim to let you give your side, although I have had 5 or 6 answers removed, all of which I have disputed, I have never heard anything back from "customer care". Don't try to understand it, just resign yourself to the fact that some bitter moron will, from time to time, report you for no other reason than that they can.

Dear one,
at times we lose points as a result of violation, and sometimes we want to know why we violate Yahoo because some of us are decent participants. However, Yahoo! does not edit the content of questions, answers, or comments in Yahoo! Answers.
However, they reserve the right to remove content that they determine, in their sole discretion, to be inappropriate and/or in violation of the Yahoo! Answers Community Guidelines or the Yahoo! Terms of Service.
Depending on the level of offense, the offender risks deactivation of their Yahoo! ID and consequently everything associated with it, including email accounts, groups, posts, homepages, and profiles. If you aren't sure that your content is appropriate or consistent with these policies, please err on the side of caution and do not post it on Yahoo! Answers.

Yes, I would also suggest you to appeal your innocence. To contest a violation notice that you've received, post your appeal on the Yahoo! Answers Violation Appeals Board. Please post only one message to appeal your deletion or suspension. Include the content that was removed, and why you feel it was a mistake. If you have multiple appeals please include them all in one post.
Yahoo staffs will remove all off-topic posts--this includes your personal opinions about the appeals.
IMPORTANT: Please read our Terms of Service. Posts that harass, abuse, or threaten other members, contain obscene or otherwise objectionable content, or contain spam, may be removed and may result in the loss of your Yahoo! ID (including email).
Yahoo will respond to appeals within 48 hours. If they feel that it was indeed a wrongful violation they will ensure a second review of your violation. Alternatively, you may reply to your violation notice to request an appeal. If your violation or suspension is overturned you will receive an email confirmation and get your points back. If you have any follow-up questions, please email y_answrs_team@yahoo.com

I don't have an actual answer for you, but I can't believe someone would report you. I don't answer all your questions but I do read them, and though some are silly I've never seen a rude or inappropriate one.

Since I didn't see just how your question was phrased, perhaps this rule was the reason:
Don't
Post content for advertising or commercial purposes.
A long shot, I'm sure.
