What is the best natural body cleanse?
I'm interested in doing a natural body cleanse. What is the best one that has worked for you and what does it consist of? I'd appreciate the recipe....thxs!

You have to be willing to get grossed out for this. But it is what you asked for, so here it is. Get off the coffee and the sodas and start with the green tea...hot green tea. BUT put one teaspoon of maple syrup in it and one quarter teaspoon of Cayenne Pepper and one tablespoon of Lemon Juice. Sip it. Finish it. Do your best to enjoy it. It is not horrible, but it is not yummy either. It will cleanse you without cramps but you will be sitting longer than usual. Great anti-oxidents in that mixture and that mixture will soothe your insides and help you to get rid of the rest of the stuff without hurting your tummy, cramping you, or giving you gas. You will have to go to the bathroom more often than usual, but that is part of the cleansing. Good luck. Also. Stop snacking.

You mean an internal body cleanser:
Juice of half a lemon in a glass of lukewarm water as soon as you wake up. Let the lemon juice sit in the water for at least 15 minutes before drinking it.
Then an oatmeal, soymilk, yoghurt slushie for breakfast.
During the day, lots of water to drink and lots of fruits and vegetables.

There are three main ways to lose weight quickly.
1) Use only water as liquid and eliminate all other liquid drinks from your diet. You must drink as much water as possible every day. You must drink about half of your weight. If you have weight of 200 pounds then you must drink about 100 oz of water.
2) The interval between the eating is very important. If you eat once, then you must eat next after 4 hours. You must take breakfast regularly. In the night eat your food three hours before going to bed.
3) Walking is very good. You must walk as much as you can. Walk everywhere you can. Use of elevators and escalators must be reduced and instead of these you must climb stairs more often.
These are some of the fastest ways to lose weight. By just following the simple steps, you can lose your weight very quickly. You must consult your doctor if want to change your diet or exercise routine.

They sell it at Wal-mart, it is called "Colen Cleanse", it makes you feel really good after about 2 day's, but you do poo alot, when you use it, I guess it is getting all the unpurities out of you, but it does work wonders!
