no water for a month?
I dont like water and all my husband and i do is drink cold drinks and juices. I haven't drank water in two months,, sometimes it's even longer. what is the health affects of not drinking water. I'm only 19 years old. so can anything go bad with me and my health. sometimes i even go through six months without water. now my face is differen colors except when i put my bare minerals make-up on. Also i'm a african american woman. To describle my face color it's dark all around my face and on my cheeks it's light brown , then the rest of my face is kinda dry when i get out the tub and i always have to use aveeno lotion. especaily with my sensetive skin i break out easily. olay and aveeno soap is good for me but not dove . Can anyone give me some information on how can i solve my facial problems. and what can happen it i keep going those months without water.
i guess that's explanis why i dont go poop everyday,, i probaly do that at least 2 a week and my husband always ask me do i every do number 2. but one time i fast for a whole week and all i did was eat fruit and drink water and every 15 min i kept running to the bathroom ,, why that flushing out my system

Without water, your body would stop working properly. Water makes up more than half of your body weight and a person can't survive for more than a few days without it. Why? Your body has lots of important jobs and it needs water to do many of them. For instance, your blood, which contains a lot of water, carries oxygen to all the cells of your body. Without oxygen, those tiny cells would die and your body would stop working.
Water is also in lymph (say: limf), a fluid that is part of your immune system, which helps you fight off illness. You need water to digest your food and get rid of waste, too. Water is needed for digestive juices, urine (pee), and poop. And you can bet that water is the main ingredient in perspiration, also called sweat.
In addition to being an important part of the fluids in your body, each cell depends on water to function normally.
Your body doesn't get water only from drinking water. Any fluid you drink will contain water, but water and milk are the best choices. Lots of foods contain water, too. Fruit contains quite a bit of water, which you could probably tell if you've ever bitten into a peach or plum and felt the juices dripping down your chin! Vegetables, too, contain a lot of water. Think of slicing into a fat tomato from the garden or crunching into a crisp stalk of celery.
Since water is so important, you might wonder if you're drinking enough. There is no magic amount of water that kids need to drink every day. Usually, kids like to drink something with meals and should definitely drink when they are thirsty. But when it's warm out, or you're exercising, you'll need more. Be sure to drink some extra water when you're out in warm weather, especially while playing sports or exercising.
When you drink is also important. If you're going to sports practice, a game, or just working out or playing hard, drink water before, during, and after playing. Don't forget your water bottle. You can't play your best when you're thinking about how thirsty you are!
When your body doesn't have enough water, that's called being dehydrated. Dehydration also can keep you from being as fast and as sharp as you'd like to be. A bad case of dehydration can make you sick. So keep that water bottle handy when the weather warms up! Not only does water fight dehydration, but it's awfully refreshing and has no calories.
Your body can help you stay properly hydrated by regulating the amount of water in your system. The body can hold on to water when you don't have enough or get rid of it if you have too much. If your pee has ever been very light yellow, your body might have been getting rid of excess water. When your pee is very dark yellow, it's holding on to water, so it's probably time to drink up.
You can help your body by drinking when you're thirsty and drinking extra water when it's warm out. Your body will be able to do all of its wonderful, waterful jobs and you'll feel great!

Water is good for you. Pop is lousy for you. It drains your body of minerals and vitamins, not to mention how easily it rots your teeth.
Your body is mostly water. Water cleanses your insides and helps to make your organs work correctly. It also affects your skins in a good way.
If you don't like the taste of water, you're probably drinking tap. Try Ice Mountain Spring Water. There's also fruit flavored waters available. Remember, your body needs it. 8 glasses a day at least has been recommended by my Chiropractor, Dentist, Physical Therapist, and message therapist.

Hi, You have got to drink water for your health. It is so important for the function of all your body parts, it also helps to go #2.
Your bowels need water, just buy the little bottled water and make yourself drink some, I love my diet coke but always switch to water after supper and that until I go to bed. You will feel much better when you get water in your system.

You should listen to your pediatrician. At 4 months once a day 2-4 oz. of water is okay!! That was what my kids pediatrician told me and they both did fine! My oldest is 2 and youngest is 11 months! Have a good one!!

DRINK WATER & GET USED TO IT. If you don't drink water, you are at a high risk of catching an infection. Your facial colors is a sign of a health problem you are having. Make an appointment to see your doctor, request a Physical Exam. Going poop twice a week is NOT NORMAL. You should be going poop at least twice a day. You are killing yourself slowly. Like i said, see your doctor a.s.a.p!

You should be drinking water daily. It flushes the toxins from your system. There is water in the soda you drink but it is contaminated with sugar and food dye. Water is tasteless, whats the problem with drinking some water? Your facial problems are most likely from your diet. As far as face cream and cleanser, most dermatilogists recommend Cetaphil, moisturizer and cleanser. It can be bought at any drug store or walmart. good luck

Well, you should drink 6-8 glasses of fluid a day. Water is a good idea, but as long as you drinking enough fluids you should be okay. If you drink a lot of caffeine, though, you should drink extra to make up for the caffeine use (caffeine is a diuretic).

water is very important for your good health,it flushes impurities out of your system and your lack of pooping is because you arent drinking enough water.juice and fruits do nothing for your digestion. you need to drink 6 to 8 glasses of water daily.i know of someone who drinks 2 to 3 gallons of water a day.

You need water and your body is telling you that. If all you drink is juice your teeth will be rotted away in no time no matter how much you brush.

your body is some 65% water. not having it is likely the cause of several problems, one of them is going to be flouride which keeps teeth in your head.
