okay they explained this in their itunes interview before they released the album the black parade : MY CHEMICAL ROMANCE WELCOMES YOU TO THE BLACK PARADE interview. it is a recording of Gerard talking about some nightmares that he had. exact words Gerard Said in interview: " it was inspired by nightmares that i use to have at the Paramore. which were way worse than nightmares, actually, and way worse than night tremors it was just like these things, where it felt like my heart was stopping, it felt like i was being chocked, i wasn't breathing, i wasn't sleeping, i was sleeping like half an hour a night"...."It was the culmination of every stress and fear i had. um just wrapped into one song and its very much about fear and really just a desire for peace."- Gerard Way
