There is a calculation that each state uses for calculating child support. It is based on both incomes, insurance, child care etc. Generally online you can find the calculator for your state.

it would count on the state first. Then from there it may desire to or won't count at right here: zip code the two mum and dad income volume paid for scientific/dental coverage volume of time you have possession of toddler Childcare fees. no longer each state factors all the above in and a few states use some issues and not others. MANY states pass off of the non-custodial determine's income basically and have a flat fee that they stick to without regard to the custodial mum and dad income. My state calculates zip code, the two earning and scientific/toddler care fees. I make greater advantageous than him as a result he grew to become into to blame for 40 8% of the quantity my state desperate it fees to enhance my daughter in our zip code.

Child support is determined differently depending on what state you reside in. For example, in Illinois, child support is based on a percentage of the non-custodial parent's income but in New York, it's based on both parents' income. You need to look into the child support laws for the state you reside in.

I get 600 for two but if it was only one I'd get about 550. The second child is an extra 5% of his paycheck. The norm is about 30% of earnings before taxes.

It depends who makes more, if he makes say $800 a week and you make $600, you would probly get about $200 a week, if you make more than he does then you will get less then that. I get $198 weekly for one kid. It's 60% him and 40% me. It also depend on the state/county you live in as well. Cost of living, health ins.....etc. However, if you wdon't want to go through the court settle it out yourselves compromise on an amount every week that's best for your child and he won't go broke if you can do this, it's way better then going to court.

It all depends on how much money you and the child's father make, and if either of you have other children. There is no set amount, each case is different.

Child support is based on income (his and yours). So there is no set amount. Each of you will pay 1/2 of the child's support, though. So, be prepared to get a good job.

It all depends on what you and your ex make as well as state laws regarding what percentage the parent paying has to be left with to live on.

There are so many factors involved here that it's really hard to say - where you live, his income, etc.
