how to remove stress?

what would u do if ur life full with stress? friendship stress.... working stress..... family stress......

    1)Go shopping.

    2) If your old enough have sex.

    3) Get a family member or friend to give you massage ( go to a salon for the best massage).

    4) Listen to some calm music.

    5)Take a long hot bubble bath.

    6) Drink a glass of wine, or try drinking cup of hot chammomile tea to soothe yourself.

    7) Take a day off from everything ( no plans with friends or family and work) and go pamper yourself.

    8) Get the proper daily amount of sleep and trust me you'll feel so refreshed afterwards.

    9) If you like a specific sport, go and play that for like a few hours or even a day and you might feel better. An example would be jogging.

    10) If you hate exercise then just do something that you love to do normally to feel better.

  • hello good morning if my life full of stress i am going to do one think is thst i am trying to keep happy all time and trying to forget about stress if i feel stress in working and etc. as you say i just go out side and doing that things that makes me joyful.

    i am trying to work exclent work and make evry one happy if

    i am stress i am just think positive
