Going even further south to Busan, It's clear and dry but getting a bit colder....nothing like Seoul though.
I did turn on my heat for the first time last night.

Well, I wasn't up when you posted this. The ground is dry here though. I'm in Daegu, and we had the barest hint of flurries when I let the dogs out this morning, about 7. I'm envious of your winter wonderland. :)
