If you define "team" as a specific unit during a championship season, then it would be Maris-Mantle with the 1961 New York Yankees. The two players on that TEAM hit 115 HR (61 & 54, respectively).
If you define "team" as franchise, then you have to go with Craig S and Chipmaker.

At one time it was Aaron and Mathews. Going by full seasons (and not being tweaky about debut/departure dates), Aaron came up in 1954 and Mathews left the Braves after 1966.
Aaron (1954-66) == 442
Mathews (1954-66) == 421
pair == 863
For comparison, Ruth & Gehrig, 1923-34
Babe == 511
Lou == 348
pair == 859
Bonds & Kent, 1997-2002
Barry == 279
Jeff == 175
pair == 454
Griffey & Martinez, 1989-99
Ken Jr. == 398
Gar == 198
pair == 596
Thome & Ramirez, 466
Sosa & Grace (yep, this was Sammy's best co-slugger during his Cubs tenure), 468
McGwire & Canseco, 508
Gonzalez & Palmeiro, 427
Bench & Foster, 521
Current winner appears to be the Jones twins, 731.
I cannot think of any other powerful, long-tenured tandems in recent years. I'm confident that Hank & Eddie still own the mark.

Ortiz & Ramirez, 388.

Hank Aaron and Eddie Matthews - they hit over 850 combined as teammates.
