weight issue?
about 4 years ago when i was eight, i had an intestinal problem. its was like a bad "blockage" if you know what i mean. i drop from weighing 86 pounds to 54 because i made it so i wasn't hungry for about 2 weeks. i took the dreaded E (enema) and it flushed me out (lost 2 pounds). after that i was starving! i ate and ate and ate. i went from 54 to about 100 pounds in a year. right now im 12 and i weigh 150 pounds. i know it sounds like i'm grossly overweight but it dosen't look like it. i have asked some of my friends who look much heavier then me and they say that they only around weigh 110 pounds. it might have something to do with muscle mass. i did ride my bike every day, about 2 miles a day for about 2 years, and i did work out on a little thing like a bowflex (100 reps. a day for about 4 or 5 weeks).
my point is that i would like to weigh less and not constantly classified as the guy who cant run around or the guy who sits on yahooanswers all day.
i do eat a good amount but not alot. my freind who is 86 pounds whenever we like go to a pizza place, he eats like a whole pizza and like 3 sodas. he ate 3 bags of pretzels in one day too. i have never eaten as much as him

I don't get it. If you look good and are relatively muscular, who cares what your weight is. If you're in shape you wouldn't be know as the guy who can't run, and if you're going out and exercising like you say you do than you won't be known as "the guy who sits around on yahoo answers all day.'" Basically, I don't understand why you asked this question. If you look and feel overweight ( but you said you don't) than you can try to loose a little weight, but if you're not fat, than just be glad your'e a big muscular guy and don't
be ashamed of your weigh if people find out. Just look around, most of the guys asking q's in "answers: diet and fitness" are asking how do gain weight and be more muscular. If other boys can see that you're not fat, I guarantee if they somehow hear how high your weight is they will be jealous of how fit you are.

You never informed us on what you're eating right now. Your diet can make or break your weight.
Drink plenty of water. Don't grab for a soda or juice, but instead, H20!
Try to incorporate fruits and vegetables in every meal.
Lastly, continue to exercise - ride your bike, take walks, stretch in the morning, have your parent(s) park farther when at a store...it's the little things that really do help.
Good luck.
