What word or term have people begun to use that annoys you?
Lately, people have started to use the term "real estate" to describe the space alloted to things. This annoys me because real estate is not a concept, but things that are of and refereing to physical land. What new term annoys you?
*referring* - I caught my own typo.
"Don't tase me, Bro!" is priceless...It just cracks me up everytime I hear it.

The word frustrated has always annoyed me. No one says it right. It is FRUSTRATED, not "fustrated" or "flustrated."
The real estate bothers me to, now that you mention it. Oh, and "not hardly." It is either hardly, or not, but it cannot be both. Gotta love those double negatives.

Where you at? (instead of where are you?)
My baby daddy (instead of my baby's daddy - OK, too much daytime TV!)
axe (as in: "Can I axe you something?")
the list continues......
As a teacher, I wonder how some folks will get and keep good jobs. I had a co-worker who could 'talk street' with the best and yet, on the phone, would speak proper English. Know WHEN to use slang and bad grammer and when you should speak properly!

"My bad." Drives me insane.
Also, waiters in restaurants asking, "What can I get you?" to the first person and turning to the second person and asking, "And for yourself?" It doesn't make sense. I'm the only one who get something for myself. He's really saying, "And what can I get for yourself?" Makes no sense.

'your' when people mean 'you're'
it's not that hard people...your is possessive and you're is a contraction meaning YOU ARE.
Just say it in your head. If you're saying YOU ARE STUPID, don't write YOUR STUPID.
