Do you see evidence that Ron Paul's campaign is the beginning of a new political era in the USA?
The grassroots support that keeps building is actually getting noticed by the mainstream media.

Not even close.
See, if you look up the elections that took place in the Year of Our Lord Ninteeen-hundred and ninty-two, there was once yet another Savior of America. A Texan rose up, and his name was H. Ross Perot.
He got 19%. I will be shocked beyond belief if Ron Paul get 19% in ANY primary or caucus in the nation.
Pope Ron Paul The Idiot is nothing new. If the Internet was around in this form in 1991 and 1992, Perot would have got MUCH more chatter than Ron Paul is getting.
It's nothing new. It's already been done before. The thing about Ron Paullites is that because the Internet is so accessible, they think that because they are loud, they are many. But, the polls show the truth. 3% support among Republicans. Just 3%. Duncan Hunter is showing 2%. Those numbers according to the most current Rasmussen Poll released today.
Ron Paul has a long way to go before he even comes close to Perot just in Republican circles.
He will run as either an independent or a Libertarian, and will get more than the half a million votes that he got in 1988. Just nothing close to 19%.

Yeah...the era when whimps with no hope are kept out of the major partys, and have to start their own. The media does not elect Presidents...the Electoral College does...so who the media notices does not matter.

If by "new political era" you mean people who never were interested in politics or civic participation are turning out in droves to support a candidate, no matter how crazy the droves and the candidate are, then yes, it's a new era.
Don't get me wrong. I'm pleased as punch that more people are getting involved. This is a big deal for me. The fact that I disagree entirely with their choice of candidate doesn't change that at all.

No~~Folks like his stance on Iraq and foreign policy in general......but scratch a bit below the surface and you will that Ron Paul is "anti" everything.....Howard Dean started the grassroots campaigning when he was running for president in 2004.

I wish this was the case but I still think the Mainstream Media (i.e. big corporations) doesn't want someone that will possibly make them follow a different set of rules so you will see more and more attempts by Mainstream Media to make it seem like Ron Paul is a wacko.
Too bad he is the only candidate that has read and understands the Constitution and his duty as President to protect the Constitution.

It sure is. I hope everyone with the U.S. can just give his message a chance, or read the Constitution at least.

Yes, thankfully it seems that more people are getting fed up with the lesser of two evils.
I do not agree with Paul on many things, but to see so many caring and becoming involved is heartening to me as a US citizen.

YES!
If Ron Paul does well in the primaries, I predict the largest amount of votes ever in the General elections.
For the first time in a very long time I see American voters getting more involved at the local level,,,thanks to Ron Paul's message of re-store-ing Constitutionality, in the USA!
Thank you for the question.
