What age do cats no longer need shots?
My daughter has two cats ages 6 years. They are all caught up on their shots. At what age does one stop the regular shots? Rabies we know will continue.

Most cats get vaccinated throughout their lifetime. Most vaccines only last one year..sometimes rabies is given every 1 to 3 years (depending on brand) If the cats goes outdoors AT ALL, you need to give vaccines yearly. If the cats are completely indoors, discuss with your vet which vaccines to get as some diseases can be carried in by you and passed on to your cat.

Cats need to be vaccinated their entire lives. Vaccines usually only work for a year to 3 at the max depending on which vaccine (currently only rabies is approved for 3 years).

if they are all caught up the i think all they need is their rabies shots every year. call the vet though just to make sure.

They should get rabies and bordatella every year. 6 is still really young for a cat.

rabies one shot every 1-3 years, outdoor cats one shot every year giardia, leukemia
