Awaiting interview with AT&T. Should I call them?

About a week ago I submitted my interview to AT&T. The manager said she would be in contact with me after New Years. Unfortunately, the phone number I listed on my resume has been disconnected, so I have no way of knowing if they've tried to call to set up an interview. I would like to call the manager I spoke with and give her my home number but I don't know how to explain the situation to her, short of being honest and telling her that my cell phone was shut off due to not paying the bill. If I call her, what should I say? Should I just ask if she has had time to review my resume, then mention that I can be reached at such and such a number? I really want this job.

Its none of their business why its shut off.  Simply call the manager and tell them that you weren't trying to bug them, understanding its the holidays and all, however, you have changed your phone number and wanted them to be aware of the new one. Then simply thank them for their time and that you look forward ot speaking with them.  If they're interested in you they might start the conversation right there...good luck!

Definitely call the manager. You just mention that you have had a change in contact information and you want to update her information.

It happens occasionally and it shows a little more initiative to call in to inform them of that simple fact.

Whether you get the manager or her office administrator instead, just say it in a professional manner and thank them for their time.

Call her and tell her the number on the resume is incorrect and give her a new number.
