How come supervillains/bad guys keep escaping from prison?

After repeat escapes shouldn't the jails have adapted. And how come the mass murdering/terrorist types i.e. Joker, Magneto, etc. are never executed?

Because if they didn't escape then the heroes wouldn't have anyone to chase or have storylines about. They keep escaping because after a hero drops a villain off to the authorities he/she think it will be the cops or prison guards job to make them stay there. It never happens that way.

As for why they're never executed, while it's an interesting idea I don't feel it would ever happen as it may give the wrong idea to readers. Plus, again. If the Joker was killed who would Batman fight with all the time.

BEcause the heroes dont really check up on them while there still in prison. Plus depending on what state the supervillians live in they might have a judge in their back pocket or they know who the prison works by getting the blue prints so they can escape. If they are executted they come back from the grave meaner and very full of piss and vinger. Then again you cqant keep a good villian behind bars for too long.

Sometimes they don't escape... they get time off for 'good behavior' and qualify for early release programs due to prison overcrowding (just like in real life) or some (like the Joker) manage to convince their stupid psychologist that they've been 'cured' and are now ready to go back to society.

    Just like in real life.

In "smash out from Alcatraz" (1979), they're in no way captured, and no our bodies were got here across so as that authorities can declare they were killed in the course of the smash out. Clint Eastwood stars as Frank Morris. i'm no longer constructive what percentage surely broke out and were given away. i will ought to research on that. nicely, it truly is no longer it both because Wikipedia says that there have been 3 escapees. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~... there is an older movie, "The Defiant Ones" (1958), in which 2 criminals (performed via Sidney Poitier and Tony Curtis) smash out yet are handcuffed mutually, something the guards theory might want to be humorous because the white guy is an outspoken racist. They ultimately grow to be variety-of associates. Hmmm... i don't believe of they smash out, so this probable isn't it. This tale grow to be filmed back in 1986 with Robert Urich and Carl Weathers. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~... Your description does sound like an invaluable variety of videos. possibly absolutely one of our guesses is the only you're searching for.

mostly because they have help from the outside. and second villians with powers are hard to contain. in marvel now they send villians to the negative zone prison so even if they escape good luck getting back to earth.
