catgenie owners?

anyone use one of these things? does it work well? expensive? noisey, cats like it? i have 8 cats and a limited budget (who doesn't?) and don't want to waste money. would consider getting multipal units if they work. your input please.

    I wouldn't waste your money on it, just scoop your litter boxes daily or more.
