last week for asking for prayers--it was a question. I blocked the only person who said that they thought it was a violation and had other users assure me that it was not.
I read over the part about solicitation which was clearly framed to rule out people who are selling something and appealed and was denied. I pointed out that i had not profit motive.
Just FYI I would never have reported anyone for asking a question about Darwinism or athieism, or any other group. I have given best answer to a wiccan on one of my questions and a Muslim, becuase they clearly had the best answer.
I support the right of anyone here to ask a respectful question from thier point of view.
I am saddened to read what others here have been reported for it seems mean spirited. I thought with the new warnings about reporting too much or frivolously people could get in trouble and it would stop some of this. But apparently not.

Hi,
1) I got 4 notices out of 2700 questions and had my account deleted.
2) I was speaking in all four cases metaphorically or sarcastically. Whoever read my answers had a poor command of English. For example if a Nazi comes on and says, didn't Hitler do great things for the world and Germany I might say oh yeh, right, he did so much for good will racial and cultural relations throughout Europe. Someone might complain I am praising his crimes. I might say a certain persecuted religious group is no longer docile like sheep and are tougher than guard dogs when threatened. That got reported when it was a metaphorical praise.
3) No, not at all. The figures of speech were not even that obtuse and should hve been interpreted quite correctly.
4) Yes.
5) Well utlimately I sunk myself. I found that everyone was talking to a scripted telemarketing type of format answer. After seeing the futile attempts of appeal, many quite reasonable, I merely pointed out that at least the Spanish Inquistion that people howl about so much in RS and history at least gave you a hearing and let you have your say and their rate of acquitals were higher than here. That got one moderators attention and that was it.
Cheers,

not a question or answer (but it was)
No, i did not agree
Yes, i appealed it
Received a email yesterday for a violation last week for same circumstances. It really didn't say yes or no, just went over what a violation is and acknowledged my appeal. There system is not so good and not so clear, I think they pick and choose alot

1) The last time was for my response to this question:
http://answers.yahoo.com/question/index;_ylt=Al9y4...
2) The questioner asked for Jihadist sites, I gave some examples of Islamic propaganda aimed at children that encouraged Jihad and suicide attacks (from youtube)
3) I did not agree
4) Yes I did
5) The answer was reinstated.
However, this is my third account b/c my first two have been suspended, I have appealed and my appeals were not heard. On my first account I was on level 6 after 2 years of contributing when I was suspended. I asked for the reason for my suspension and I was given none. I was just told my appeal was rejected.

This is going to sound really stupid, but:
1) Last week
2) "Who ate all the pies?" in Polls and Surveys
3) No, it was never actually shown, so no-one answered it. No reason was given at all! It said 'Reason for violation:' and then an empty space.
4) Yes.
5) Appeal thrown out, because apparently "Who ate all the pies?" constitutes 'chatting'.
Source(s): "Who ate all the pies" is a common sports chant in the UK when an athlete or team member is looking a bit porky. WHO ATE ALL THE PIES? WHO ATE ALL THE PIES? (Insert name), (insert name) YOU ATE ALL THE PIES! - keri geeLv 61 decade ago
I recieved one several weeks ago for a question I had asked a long time ago. Sorry, I don't remember. I didn't agree with the violation but I didn't appeal it.

1) 2 weeks ago
2) "not a question or an answer"
3) NO WAY! I clearly answered the question.
4) Yes
5) Same old reply, and No, I was not satisfied.

"non answer"
No
Yes
Haven't heard back yet
In the past I have appealed and won, and appealed and lost. But I never quit appealling, because the more you appeal, the more they investigate the reporter and limit his/her ability to affect other answerers' questions and answers.
KEEP APPEALING THOSE VIOLATIONS!

1. Today
2. Chatting
3. No
4. Yes
5. I'll hear from them in a few days probabaly (I have appealed over 100 VNs during my ''R&S career'' and they never reinstated any of my posts *sighs*)
