How to smoke salmon fillet?
I am hooked on this stuff but it is so expensive. I bought farm raised salmon and want to have it for superbowl -help! I have a smoker any suggestions?

Season the salmon with your favorite spices. I would go with hickery chips and soak them in water for 30 mins or will burn all up. I think you wouldnt smoke salmon for more tha 2 hrs but not sure. Try a google search for smoked salmon recipes.
