Bingo Wings?

How can i get rid of my 'bingo wings' the flabby skin on the inside of my arms!

Update:

i should've called them angel wings like my mum does :)

    hey, im sure emilee has bingo wings too. i have no idea how to get rid of them, lots of cardio, pushups, stuff like that. i just wanted to tell u that ur not alone.

    Trianle pushups. make the rocafellar symbol on the floor and do pushups. rockafellar as in Jay Z symbol.

    You can tone your wings by doing some curls
