Dumb judge! He should have let a jury decide the fate of the guy. What gives him the right to say the guy didn't commit a felony. There was video evidence of it! NO, let's just let him get away with it! He'll do it again and probably succeed in killing the poor dog. Too bad judges have the power to decide what THEY THINK is a felony. Never mind what the law says.

I had not read that one, but there are so many sick people out there. I lived in Santa Clarita which is a perfect little suburban town in Cali and one of my friends had his jack russell stolen from him by the neighbor then the neighbor killed and skinned the dog and gave it back to him... People these days are messed up.

Disturbing? People are VERY disturbing...

I lived in a very "upper classed" area...we had an OESD...an older lady down the street who was a very "mean" person placed rat poison on the side walk in front of her house...several dogs in the area died...along with our OESD...

Nothing happened to her..no one saw her place the poison out...and she denied it...very sad person...

OMG! I totally have heard this story and it is really mean! I can't believe anybody would do that to an animal.

Aww poor dog :( I feel bad for it. That owner is horrible,how could the owner do that?!
