Why did hillary lie about the sniper fire in Bosnia?

I think the thing with her and many libs is that they want to be able to defend their careers and ascribe the type of dedication to it that involves risking their lives almost in a Biblical sense the way Paul risked his life for the sake of the Gospel. This is all in order to sort of prove their dedication to their careers.

The only problem is, Hillary isnt Paul. She doesnt have to endure suffering. (besides that which she creates herself) I dont see the people who disagree with her stoning her, flogging her, putting her on trial, or having to spend time in jail for what she believes. She and many others live extravegant guarded, comfortable, luxurious lives. So I think this attempt to show that she has been in danger is to try to break the image people have of her and democrats that have never faced real danger for what they believe and do.

E. Because she really believed no one would question her on it. There is nothing new here, The Clinton's deny easily verifiable truths all the time and in the past have largely gotten away with it because their supporters, as well as the media have refused to question the validity of their statements. I mean let's get real here, how often do you see people still posting that Bill Clinton didn't really commit perjury, or that he was forced to because of a Republican witch hunt? I see it all the time. It is not going to change. All day yesterday I saw Clinton supporters defending her weak "I misspoke" excuse. The big difference now is that not all Democrats are supporting Clinton and because of the large amount of support for Obama they are no longer getting a free pass from the media.

The funny part is how liberals will defend the lies, like that marriage. Only a liberal would believe sHrillery would stay in a marriage with a husband who has had triple digit affairs & he's been doing it for over 25 years! That marriage was over more than 20 years ago BUT they and the liberal media keep selling the "fraud" to you kool-aid drinkers; so they have to drag out Chelsea, like a prop, to show liberals some evidence there was a marriage (28 years ago).

sHrillery is a con artist who lies, just like her "in name only" husband (who is 1000 times better con artist than sHrillery).

C. What really scares me is that there are people like "electoran" above that can say something stupid like this wasn't a lie. I wonder if "electoran" heard the two sides of this. How you can mistake sniper shots for cameras taking pictures of you with a little girl is proof positive that they are void of reality.

Because she is a politician. Politicians lie almost every time they open their mouths.

She has so much contempt for the American people that she thought that she could portray herself as a "strong leader", putting her life on the line. In reality, our politicians are generally cowards, never considering putting themselves in danger. They send better people to do the dangerous jobs.

I would be surprised to hear Mrs. Bill Clinton speak the truth for a change.

The answer is probably (C). However, I take exception to your statement that she lied about the sniper fire in Bosnia. She only mis-spoke because, after all, she's just human and perhaps may not be able to react rationally to that 3:00AM phone call. And remember this: She mis-spoke because she thinks the American people are stupid. If she lied, she would know that the American people are intelligent and can see through her lies. So, therefore, she simply mis-spoke. If I were in her shoes, I would have mis-spoke, too, because if I lied I knew I would get caught.

Not technically a lie as she was actually there in war-torn Bosnia during a dangerous time, they were advised that due to the possibility of harm that they meet people at the audience at the airport.

Hillary was courageous for even going over there and it shows her patriotism. She has been to Afghan and Iraq 3 times each to visit key people and see what's going on.

There's questions about Obama's patriotism, furthermore he chairs a senate committee with oversight of Afghan but has yet to hold a single substantial meeting.

She is a liar, and this is not the first ime or the last time she will tell a lie.

you can only go on fooling people for so long, before you become the fool yourself.

If she lies to the nation over something like this, what else has she been lying about all along?
