Question for all you tax gurus out there?,,,,,?

I have this "friend" who hasn't filed returns for either '05 or '06 and still owes monet from '04.

Knowing that, If this friend filed his '07 return, would he still get the stimulus check?

    No. It's going to be seized for taxes due. Best to get caught up with your tax liabilities ASAP.

    Are you sure this friend isn't you? No they will not get stimulus check. No free handouts round here.
