Does the chinese weight loss medicine WU-YI work?
anybody that have used it...pls is it advisable to use it?!

i wouldn't use any medicine to lose weight because it's not healthy. it IS healthy, however, to lose weight naturally and at a rate of no more than two lbs per week. you can do this by simply cutting back the calories! your calorie intake depends on how old you are and your gender. if your a female in your middle ages or so, you should cut ur calories to probably 1200-1500 calories a day. if your a male in that agerange, then you should probably have 2000 calories. if your a teenager girl, then probably and 1500 calories is ideal. if your a boy, then 2000 calories is probably ideal. excersise along with a healthy diet is also key to losing weight. try to walk a mile every night, at least. or most nights. but what i do is i go to the mall for like 4 hours and shop till i drop! thats excersise :-)

I have never use it but is my understanding that Chinese products are the most recommendable to lose weight. Besides most of them are natural and it is very important.
