Does anyone posting questions know how to spell?
This is a complex regime and I would get a pencil to write it down, in case you forget any of the intricate details.
Currently only using the criteria 'lose weight' there are 7,236 questions and answers on Answers already. Mis-spell it as 'loose weight' and you get another 2,032! 'Weight loss' will add another 1,515. 'Too fat ' 12,629 and overweight 2,113. 'Diet Pills' 510 . Do you spot a pattern here?

1) Eat less
2) Take regular vigorous exercise

4. Decrease about 500 total calories daily
5. eat 6 small meals instead of 3 big meals
6. Increase fiber with fruits and veggies, this will increase you satiety and you will feel full longer
7. Don't nix carbs completely cause you need them to burn fat, but you should not have a diet rich in carbs. Find a good balance of carbs, protien, and fats (Poly unsaturated fats are best, i.e olive oil, nuts, avacados)
8. Don't get discouraged, stick with it and you will see a difference
