Can you play pornography DVD"s on the TV's in your vehicle?
Is it legal?
I was driving through downtown last night and saw a car playing pornography on the screens....is that legal?

DVD players in vehicles is a relatively new phenomenon. Because it is relatively new, many states have not caught up and enacted legislation specifically targeting in vehicle DVD players showing pornography that is visible outside of the vehicle. Some states have enacted legislation. I know that Texas will cite you for obscenity.

Geez, I dont know, but thats a good question, I suppose no laws have been brought in for that yet cause dvds in cars is still pretty new and is usually in the back seats to entertain children on long journeys, so yeah very good question, should approach you local couciller and you never know they might name the law after you! :)
