Is water with lemons in it bad for cats?
Just curious if lemons are bad for cats cuz i drink lemon water and my cat is always trying to get at it.

I was reading recently that boiling water with thinly
sliced lemon, and then giving it to your cats and dogs,
is supposed to help keep off fleas and ticks. (Of course
cool it off before giving it to them.)
Now, to convince my cats and dogs and wolf to
drink the stuff....
No, I don't think a sip will hurt your cat. And I doubt
cat will want more than that, tho they do go after odd
things sometimes.

I do not think lemons would hurt a cat at all, if the cat wants to try it then let the cat, the cat might decide that it isn't as interesting now that the cat can have it.

i dont know. take the lemon out if you're that concerned. i once spilled Monster outside, and before you knew it, my dogs started licking at it.
