My cat has a slight sniffle, but I can only hear it when he's out of breath. What's wrong?
I noticed that my cat has a little sniffly sound when he is out of breath, it's definitely through his nose. He's been acting normally, we were playing and then I heard it. I am probably going to take him to the vet tomorrow morning but I was just curious how much will it cost to get him checked out? Any ideas?
I'm in Mississipppi, if that helps.
No sneezing or discharge. He's 10 months old.
When I say out of breath, I mean just panting from playing hard, you know?

Sneezing, eye/nose discharge? How old is he? Don't worry.

a healthy cat shouldn't become out of breath with normal activity.,,,,,,maybe he has athsma.......or maybe he got something up his nose.......either way vets are very expensive where i live in B.C.Canada we have some wonderful groups who will help out with vet bills.your local spca should be able to help , if that is a problem. Good Luck!

Hard to say cause different doctors in different areas charge according to location.
