whats is a lb of butter in grams?

I need the conversion and I can't seem to find it on google. Thanks in advance!

    In the medical field it is estimated there are 2.2lbs per KILOgram. So divide 2.2 by 1000 and you get .0022 lbs per gram. 1/.0022=454.5454 grams per pound.

    Google has it listed as 1 pound = 453.59237 grams

    28.35 grams to an ounce...16 ounce to a pound

    28.35*16=453.6 or rounded to 454g

    there are 2lb 2oz in a kilogram - a kilo is 1000grams, a pound would be near enough to 500grams.
