Definitely cycling to and from work, if you can. Even if it's just for part of your trip - maybe you need to catch the ferry or train for part of your trip - cycling for the remainder is really helpful

Running and weight lifting. I usually run 4 or 5 days a week and weight train around the same amount doing low reps high weight. When i run i do long distance most of the time but do some intervals to switch things up.

One thing that will help you lose weight: a colon cleanse. I was one of those who did not believe in them until I tried it. And I tried a few until I found a great one that works (its all natural too! - it's just pills, but you'll detox, lose weight, and fell much, much better). You can go to

http://www.no-strss-diet-help.us/ and order you free trial, also you only pay $4.95 shipping and handling. Good luck!

It depends on what I want to achieve. Jogging helps me drop weight really fast, but yoga really develops my muscles.

I'm 170lbs and 6ft. Right now my goal is to get as low %bf as I can and get as defined as I can. I'm doing mostly machines with high reps.
