My fav from the package is the Pork one. If it's the one in the cup, I like the spicy Chicken one with lots of lime juice. If you are using the package one, you can add corn, green onions or drop an egg in at the beginning and let it cook thoroughly! It's sooooo good like that.

Favorite is pork, flavor. Even though I dont see it around that often I stick to chicken. My favorite way to make it is cook the noodles in the broth, Then drain and add a slice of cheese and mix.

I like to cook the noodles and while the noodles are cooking I make a butter garlic sauce to go over it! O sho good! add a little flour for a thicker sauce! Good luck

I use my own fresh spices, usually something spicy like crushed red pepper (MSG sensitive also), since without the packet they are all the same. Then add my own veggies or meat.

I boiled two packs in beef broth and added an egg. It was good! Tasted like egg-drop soup.

you can crush up the uncooked noodles and make an asain slaw...the noodles soften a bit with dressing but still add a nice crunch!

you can boil the noodles and add frozen veggies and shrimp and its good without the flavor pack.
