What is the best way to cope with dizziness?
Or disorientation...
I have a condition called hydrocephalus and haven't been able to get totally rid of the dizziness for years. I have never been able to cope properly with it because it just creeps up and appears at any time.

Try and think about why you may be dizzy. Are you eating enough? Have you had your blood pressure checked? Please consult your doctor if dizziness persists.

You need to go to a doctor. Your dizziness is not going to go away on its own. You might have an inner ear infection or water in your ear or a number of other possiblities. Not something to mess around with.
