ISHMAEL'S LAMENT

Ahab lost the Pequod

the blame was purely his'n.

He never should set out to sea.

he saw the mast was mizzen.

Update:

Any poem submitted must be in the form of a question. All we need do is append the interrogative punctuation. In other words, the only question is "waadayathink?"

Nah the Pequod had 3 mast and they may have been all mizzen because that's what masts are, even if one was missing the ship would still be seaworthy, unless it was tied to its own dropped anchor.. true story

Source(s): I looked it all up in my wikipedia.

    "Hi!",

Poor dude should of sat on the bank and went fishing instead of feeding himself to the fish.

    Great little poem.

    WELL DONE!

    Cheers : )
