No. Obama doesnt know anything about diplomacy nor does he have any experience with diplomacy.
The war in Georgia will eventually end, all wars end. But Obama will not be a catalyst for it.

I think that the Russians would laugh at Obama for his naivete. The war will probably not end between Georgia and Russia until the Georgians are wiped out, or McCain is electred President.
If you remember your history, Georgia was home of the White Russians, the ones that Lenin tried to wipe out.
