If i eliminate all soda, cookies, cakes, chips, and sweets from my diet and eat only fruit, veggies, beans, ?

water, and occasional crackers to my diet, how long will it take to start seeing results?

i am trying to walk everyday but am so bust with school

i am 5'7 and 145lbs and want to lose weight

i am vegetarian

i have been drinking tons of soda and all kindas of sweets

    You cant deny yourself completely. I find foods like nuts, olives, seeds are great snacks because they help keep blood sugar maintained so you dont have those strong cravings. Also be sure to add some sort of protein (whether that be through nuts eggs or substitute) to maintain muscle. Muscle burns fat! Remember to drink plenty of water, and you should see results in just a few days even. Your energy will definitely go up, and you'll probably drop excess water weight!

    if you had be drinking alot of calories then as soon as you stop it will help. you do need carbs to fuel your body so eat whole grains.
