Would You Want to be Proposed to at a Hockey Game?

As a dude and a hockey fan, yes. But that's just me being a nerd. I can see how some people don't like it though.

I guess I would have to say no. I love hockey, so it wouldn't really bother me being proposed to at a hockey game, some girls would be upset thinking "why on earth would you propose to me at a sporting event". However I guess I would not want to be proposed to at a hockey game, because I would not want all that public attention, and I would feel like I had to say yes then later would have a hard time telling them no if I didn't really want to marry them.

I have thought about this a lot! I always try to imagine my proposal. I love hockey, but i have seen so many of those proposals happen and its just to common... I want something different. So if my significant other proposed in a less common way than just over the jumbotron then maybe yes.

I'm a guy... i do the proposing... i wouldn't mine proposing to a girl at the hockey game... but just so you know... that was actually a prank pulled by the home basketball team... just so you know...

but i wouldn't mind doing it... makes it a lot harder to say no!

I was at that game last night too. It was an AWESOME idea to play what is in the box. I am glad that she chose the box and not the coupon! That was really cool and I would love to be proposed to that way, which at the rate I am going, it's going to be another billions years! Plus, they got a great game to watch. LET'S GO DEVILS!!!!

PS- to poster above me, it wasnt on the jumbotron. She had to choose a box and then there was nothing in it and he was behind her. it was great.

But I was at a Red Wings game once,

and the guy proposed to his girlfriend,

they were sitting right next to me.

It was so sweet. She flipped.
