As a republican myself I think history will not remember George Bush as the greatest president ever. Unfortunately a few pretty bad things happened on his watch, and although he's certainly not directly responsible for them (current financial "crisis" included), the buck has to stop somewhere. That said I think Bush has a lot to be proud of. Overall he did a good a job as most presidents. Liberals like to blame him for all the world's problems but that's mostly because of the vindictive age we live in, and how easy it is to smear people nowadays (especially given liberal media bias with true idiots like Keith Olberman). The idea that Bush is an idiot who is responsible for all the world's problems is simply not true. History will show that.

No he will be remembered as the WORST PRESIDENT EVER for eternity. He belongs on the list of dubious leaders which include Napoleon, Hitler, Mao, and Stalin. If ever there was an American President who should have been impeached - it was him. From unnecessary war, to trampling on Constitutional rights, and not properly pronouncing NUCLEAR!! I'm hoping to stand along the street when he leaves the White House, just so I can give him a 1 fingered wave. The day the new President takes the oath - I'm partying!!

No, people will look back on traitor bush and wonder why such a disaster wasn't impeached.

Yes. No attacks since 9-11 and a free democracy in the mideast.

They will look at his critics as appeasing Neville Chamberlains.

Noooo! First strike for no reason. We're the loose cannons of the world now, thanks to Bush and Voldemort... I mean Cheney.

Nope, not going to happen. He invaded Iraq while letting Osama Bin Laden -- the perpetrator of the most heinous act committed on our soil -- go free! I don't see how anyone could "spin" that one.

If Iraq turns out to be a worthwhile ally and a stable country, I'd be inclined to think so.
