Why does anyone respect or listen to Jesse Jackson?
He is a bigoted man who is only in the limelight because he walked with one of the greatest Americans who ever lived MLK. His recent comments toward President-elect Obama were crude and enciteful. The worst part is, he said these things in response to Obama, telling it like it is! Black men do IN FACT leave their kids 50% of the time!! When will blacks in America accept that they are flawed in many ways and make the changes necessary to garner the respect of the rest of the country and stop throwing the pity party?
Jackson said, "See, Barack's been talking down to black people ... I want to cut his nuts off."
Patrick M. ... Great point!! With Obama as President, maybe blacks will stop giving Jesse Jackson and Al Sharpton the soapbox and just tell them they don't represent the black community anymore!!! Woundn't that be a HUGE positive outcome of this election!!
Kelly B... First of all, the ONLY reason Jackson has ever gone to another country to assist in the release of Americans was to get his ugly mug on camera and his Leftist stance has made him someone slightly respected by Marxist/Socialist leaders.
Secondly, I have been in the military for 22 years so far and served 4 of that in combat against enemies of the United States. I have been shot at, mortored, rocketed and IEDd. I have even had to kill others. So, I think your ignorant comment may have been better directed at someone else.

I think he's a fool. He Went to meet with Castro, He spews Hatred Just Like Rev. Wright, And Rev. Sharpton who dare call themselves reverends.
The world has gone to hell in a handbasket.

Jackson, Wright and Sharpton are turds. It is good to see Jackson against Obama, at least that comforts me a little knowing that Obama is going in the right direction. I am not an Obama supporter but I like him better knowing Jesse doesn't like him either.
Between the three I mentioned, they have done more to keep the black man down in the past decade than any group. Instead of getting people to come together they have been fighting to separate them even further.

Do you NOT remember all of the times that Jesse Jackson has gone to other countries to bring back Americans who were being held hostage?
And just what has been your contribution to your country that can hold a candle to that............?
To millions of Americans Jackson's a hero.

He sure did milk the camera last night on WGN. He was crying in the crowd of people supporting Obama. This is a long step away basically called him an "uppity" n-word a couple of months ago. What a ****. If there is one good thing about Obama, it is that Jesse **** Jackson won't be the face of black america anymore, which should relieve most black people

No.......and hopefully he will not be on Obama's
list for some political appointment. But, of course he was still for Obama's Party, not for
McCain. His remarks were below the belt, and
frankly uncalled for.

I have no idea why anyone puts up with that idiot. He and Sharpton do nothing but set any black cause they get involved in back.

Bigots are accusing Jesse of racism... That's hilarious...
