Can I have his name removed from my title.?
I own an acreage. I put my son's name on my title as joint tenant when he was single. He and his wife have stolen property from me including animals and equipment. Is there any way I can his name removed from my title. This is in B.c. canada.

Not sure about Canadian Real Estate Laws but he probably needs to sign a Quit Claim Deed or similar (if you can get him to). You might consider consulting an attorney.
