What's the best kind of bread to use for a steak sandwich? (Skirt steak, not philly)?

    Focaccia or Ciabatta...I'd butter it and press it like a panini.

    Actually, because skirt steak can be chewy as a chunk of meat, I'd slice it and wrap it in a pita with some lightly grilled onions, mushrooms and steak sauce.
