Is there a recipe for veal saltimbocca that includes ham and mushrooms?
I had veal saltimbocca with cubed ham and mushrooms and a slice of provolone on top that was over the top at a restaurant. I want to make it at home but all the saltimbocca recipes mention nothing about the ham or mushrooms. Any ideas?
