How much time do two rib roasts take?

So everyone at the table has access to an end piece, I have chosen to roast two rib roasts. They are boneless, and they weigh 3.5 lbs each.

Can you give me an idea on the time for rare centers for these roasts? I can figure out per pound for one roast (I figure about 12-15 min/lb at 350F), but how much extra time with the extra roast in the oven?

Thanks in Advance. Back to watching the animated Grinch. ((hugs))

I do not think it would change the cooking time whether you had 1 roast or 2 in the oven at same time. I have cooked 2 and using a thermometer I could watch and see when the center was rare like I wanted it. I prefer the end cut also.

There should be no extra time for the extra roast...probably an hour or so...
