Ranch Dressing Substitute for a Diet?

I actually love all the "free" foods I get to eat as much as I want of (within reason, LOL) on my diet, like carrot sticks and raw zucchini. I really would like to find a dip/dressing though. I was thinking of low-fat ranch dressing or something like that, but I suspect that low-fat dressings are not going to be as low-fat as I would prefer.

I like creamy stuff like ranch and creamy italian - the thought of dipping a carrot in salsa is not very appealing to me. Maybe something along the lines of something or other whipped up with cottage cheese in the blender or something? Or is there a NO-fat bottled dressing?

Any ideas or experiences?

Update:

To be perfectly, perfectly clear for the commenter below -

I already eat salads two meals a day. And I like it. I don't want a salad. I want a DIP.

There are good fat-free dressings, ranch among them, that do not require you to do anything but buy them. Each will differ somewhat in taste and salt and fat content, just know that whatever the exact amount, it's better than eating regular ranch. Ken's Fat Free Ranch is very good and is available at your supermarket. Newman's Own is also good and gives a portion of the profits back to the community.

Also dips made with fat free ranch can be found. Sometimes a supermarket's deli will make its own dips and then you can request that some be made with fat free ranch, like spinach-artichoke dip. Really good!

Olive oil, because its an omega 9 fatty acid that takes the bad fat by the hand and leads it out of the body, not to mention it helps reverse artery plaque and prevent heart disease.

For a salty taste without high salt content, you use balsamic vinegar or Sea Salt or Bragg's liquid aminos or a fresh lemon.

Instead of dipping, get sophisticated and make a chopped salad with a medley of vegetables.

Eating a salad both with lunch and dinner takes away the fat.

Plan ahead, and prep the food ahead of time to save you time.

If you like to dip, then you can get carrots and celery sticks squeeze lemon, pinch of sea salt, and a dash of cayenne.
