about out dated pudding mixes?

I made a box of chocolate and vanilla instant pudding mixes that turned green

after I put it in the refrig over night it was dated 9/07 is that the reason why?

    I did a quick search about your question, and all I could find about out dated pudding mixes is that it won't set -- there was no info about the pudding actually changing colors. That is very strange.

    pudding isn't supposed to turn green, so yeah that's probably is the problem. i wouldn't eat it if i were you.. lol vote me best answer!

    thats very wierd, I don't think I'd eat it !
