Parents lost their battle to win back their children, wrongly taken away from them and put up for adoption.
Just wondering what everyone else thought about it.

I'd have the authorities charged with unlawfully abduction.

wrong, to have your children taken away for no reason and then not be able to get them back is beyond belief!!! Surely they could be gradually reintroduced to each other before the final hand over of the children back to the rightful parents. I can't begin to imagine how those parents must feel.

A disgrace. They can appeal to the European Court of Human Rights. Your child is always your child never mind this stupid three year rule - who invented that one then? It cannot be right to keep these people apart, it's a travesty of 'justice'. There's no way on this earth, if they can prove they didn't harm any of their children that the court will not give them back!

Of course they were wrong . They removed the children without checking the full facts of the child's medical history . This makes me angry when those that do abuse their children walk around doing so ,so freely and nothing is done until its too late .

its wrong. there should atleast be a chance of them getting them back in the future. It makes me sick how its just a final decision when it obviously has not been investigated to the full extent that it could be. Its a sad story indeed

It's wrong that it happened in the first place however it's right (to a certain degree) that the kids aren't just handed back to the parents; after 3 years that would likely screw them up further and it's the kids' well being that is most important.

Difficult to say, your link would suggest it is wrong, but there must be more to the story than that
