Did Slim Quick work for you?

I was thinking about trying it, but I don't want to waste my money. I am cutting down my calories, eating better, and exercising 4 days a week, I am slowly losing weight, but I'm not losing as much as I want. I tried a whole body cleanse, but that did NOTHING for me! Before you reply, keep in mind that I am doing it the natural way and I don't expect a miracle pill to make my fat melt off of me, I just want a little boost to what I am already doing.

nope, when are folks going to learn this garbage doesn't work and matter of fact makes things worse!

eat better.. stop the garbage and gimmicks...

natural way? oh? so far the implication is the chemical way.

i'm on a strict pure vegetarian diet.. i only eat fresh produce... never had issues with weight.. why? because i try to refrain from processed foods and chemically impacted materials.

i'm surprised by those who don't understand this... so many this week alone (where i live) wanted to know why i didn't eat bread for instance... i was like.. (looking at their midsection.) because bread is processed and jammed with triglycerides... those little fatty deposits make you gain weight.

they didn't believe me.. and here they're all complaining they can't get the weight off...

i also enjoy the fact those who intake dairy.. make the same complaint.. again i tell them "it's processed garbage"... then they say "ok, i eat cereal!" i shake my head sadly... that again is junk...

processed? chemicals... not good for the body will make your body retain water, weight and cause impaction in the colon.

    so on and on....

and please folks.. if it says DIET on the package? PUT IT BACK!

go fresh... you'll be a much happier, healthier and lighter person.

Be patient and keep you through. A significant weight loss takes time. The first results are expected after about two weeks notice. The success is visible only after one month. You may now never make the mistake, back in old habits behind.
