When I was on our dive team, I organized and executed a search for a missing diver. After speaking to her dive partner I found her on the first dive based on a good plan and knowledge of the area under water.

The girl (19) was dead when I found her at 140 feet. But she didn't stay there long and the crabs and shrimp didn't get to make a meal of her so her parents were able to bury an intact body.

People who get lost at that depth usually don't get found. So I was very happy to find her, even though she was dead, so that her parents would have closure.

It didn't impact my life except to know I had performed a nasty job that had to be done and had it come out with the best result possible, under the circumstances.

When I was working Vice in Miami Florida many years ago I foiled a prowler locals were calling 'The Shadow in the Dark.' He was a very strange individual. He would go into people's homes, eat raw meat; and then smack flour on his face before he would go upstairs and draw pictures on people's bedroom walls with lipstick while they were sleeping.

Everyone was convinced this guy was going to turn into a serial killer eventually. I had some kind of connection to the vibe this guy worked with when he picked his house. I almost went nuts on the case, but in the end I figured out his angle. I could tell the feel of the house he was going to pick next. One such house I entered on probable cause, and seen the suspect lunging at a woman. I tackled him and put the cuffs on; but not before I knocked him around a little for his trouble.

There are community, state, and federal regulation enforcement officer jobs. Animal cruelty investigator, constable, correctional officer, deputy sheriff, federal air marshal, interest warden, humane regulation enforcement officer, park ranger, police officer, probation officer, and particular agent are some examples of diverse regulation enforcement officer titles you could evaluate.

Achieving some form of justices? This is just a wild guess.
