what are going to eat for dinner tonight?

i have supper at night time.

ill probably have waffles beans and scrambled egg.

I am going to eat beef enchilada pie. It is a new recipe(for me) that I am experimenting with. You either make your pie crust or buy two frozen(well there are 7 in my family) you saute green peppers, garlic, onions with the hamburger/sausage mixture, add flour. Mix eggs with cottage cheese, mozz, and parm if you like. I know you didn't ask for a recipe but it is so easy and delicious! What are you eating? You never said.

I'm probably going to have sliced beefsteak tomatos with english cucumbers with seasoned rice vinegar, hot pepper flakes, and salt as a salad. Main dish is probably going to be a chicken breast and baked potato.

Tonight I am going to eat Shepard's pie.

I am going to eat enchiladas tonight... they are delicious when I make them!
