Can universities reject my application for accommodation in student halls because I have occasional night terrors?

umm i don't believe that your required to submit that information and if your roommate doesn't like the night terrors then they can ask to be moved to a different dorm room or you can just get a single bed dorm room if they are available.

Again your not required to tell them and if they do ask you and you tell them and they deny you accommodations its illegal and you can sue them

  • No, but they'll think twice before making you share a room..
