Has someone's username made you not answer them?
I just saw someone's username, and it made me really not want to answer them, or at least not answer them seriously.
Do you pay attention to other's names, or ignore them?

I do.
I once saw a question posted by a guy who's username was Rape=Genius.
I didn't allow myself to answer, because it probably wouldn't have gone over very well.

I tend to ignore posters with usernames referencing to sex. Also any person with a username that is a celebrity or a popular character I'll ignore unless I'm familar with their postings.
Twilight and harry potter usernames I don't always treat seriously when I'm paying attention. However, it also depends on the question and if I know anything about the asker. Anyone with the name cullen I tend to have a flippant nature to. There are a few people particularly in the HP camp that I originally didn't take seriously but now do (*guiltily pointing to Weasley is our King).

Yes I have seen user names and pictures and it has made me ignore them. As we all have a choice, but I can find no reason to use a public profile that is in poor taste of all laws of appropriate social attitudes.
I think a user name and or profile show the individual for what they are or some deep rooted personality quirk.

I try to ignore them but once in a while, I just won't answer someone because of there user name.

Actually sometimes I do. When I see a "what's better, Twilight or Harry Potter" question and the askers name is something like "Mrs Cullen" then I'm just like... nup. Obviously they like Twilight the best and are probably just trying to find other annoying tweens to proliferate their love to.

Yes, that happens to me sometimes... :)
If I see someone called "OMFJ...Xx luvs your ***..xXhehe" or something asking about politics I wouldn't take them seriously... therefore I wouldn't answer them. :D
Not that there is a person called that, that has ever asked in politics nor that I answer in the politics section.

If their name makes me bristle, I check the level they're at. I'm more concerned about trolls than I am about creepy people.

Only if its a questions from Twitards who are showing their Twitard-ism (like their name is Mrs. Edward Cullen... by their user name, I don't answer
