Dream Interpretation help?

I had a dream last night where someone broke into my home, killed my housemate and then surgically removed my breasts whilst I was sleeping.

Anyone have any ideas what this could mean?

Update:

It is a recurring dream have had it for the last 4 nights now, the exact same dream.

    I think it might mean that someone is going to visit you unexpectedly, and you are going to like him/her more than your housemate, and will find yourself telling him/her some very personal secrets.
